A message of positivity to the vaping community.
2019 has proven to be a strange time for vaping, especially in the USA. More laws, taxes, restrictions and negative press seem to be just coming out of the woodwork. For me, someone who works in this industry, it’s been especially hard writing about it and staying focused. Because so much of the news is negative, I don’t want to post anymore negative news stories or anything similar. Let me be clear that I don’t mean to diminish any of the recent news events. The industry is facing some real problems and hardware malfunctions, but I really want to focus on solutions and what can be done to make this a better community.
This isn’t going to be a product pushing blog… In fact, I may even change direction with this blog entirely. I would like to write more! And mostly about the positive experiences I have in general with vaping, travel and life. There may be a lot of doom and gloom, but there is always a way to take a situation and make it your own. This is EXACTLY what vaping is all about. We didn’t like the way that traditional tobacco products were and how they made us feel; so we used science and technology to make a better product. From the ground up we built this society. Innovations came not just from companies, but from everyday regular good people experimenting at home. We started new businesses, discovered new ways to enjoy flavors and made a statement that we could compete against huge corporations, all in a very short amount of time.
What I want to remind you (all who are reading this), is why you got involved in the world of eCigarettes to begin with. Nothing this new or different is at first accepted as cool. Like everything else that changes history, it started in the counter culture with the geeks and nerds. All of us are modern rebels of our time, exploring a new activity that will in part define an era. The industry is going through more growing pains now and that sucks, but we are going to make it through and continue to grow. Also, don’t forget to take the time to thoroughly enjoy your vaping experience. I’ll be writing a lot more about this. (you may remember my post about Miami Vice eJuice). Right now I just had the pleasure to twist a fresh new cartridge onto my ecig and I’m loving this moment.
In closing, if you vape Fumã products, thank you for supporting us and allowing us to continue to make the products that we love. And if you don’t, but you are a vaper, thank you for supporting this awesome industry.
Cheers.
